The setting was absolutely perfect and great, close enough to historic museums and events, the town square, old town, and the college. Historic district was definitely worth visiting.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a quiet area, very close to the historical district, the town square, old town and the college and historic museums and events. I loved convenient placing of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the a double room. Garden view was an unexpected bonus.
